Jackpot City is one of the world’s leading online casino brands, part of Betway Group, with a strong presence across the UK, EMEA, and Africa. Make Agency® partnered with Jackpot City to create a new visual identity that could scale consistently across global markets.
The challenge
Jackpot City needed a unified creative identity that could work across multiple markets, channels, and formats. From paid media and organic social to web, programmatic, and in-product UI, the brand lacked consistency in how it showed up. At the same time, the ambition was clear. Move towards a more distinctive world. A futuristic skyline inspired by casino culture, but reimagined for a digital-first audience.
The challenge was not just to define this new look, but to make it scalable. It needed to work across languages, formats, and markets without losing quality or consistency.
What we did
We developed a new visual direction centred around a futuristic cityscape. Inspired by Las Vegas, Tokyo skylines, and sci-fi worlds, the identity blends real-world references with a more stylised, digital aesthetic. To bring this to life at scale, we built a custom AI-driven image generation system. This allowed us to create a wide range of assets within a consistent visual world, tailored for different use cases and formats.
Once the core style was defined, our creative technology team built automated workflows to produce assets at volume. This included adapting designs across sizes, languages, and markets, ensuring consistency without slowing down production. The result is a flexible system. One that allows Jackpot City to create high-quality assets quickly, while maintaining a clear and recognisable identity.
