BOXPARK needed a new website to support rapid growth, multiple locations, and a mobile-first audience. Make Agency® partnered with BOXPARK to plan, design, and specify a scalable platform that could evolve with the brand and support events, traders, and campaigns.

The challenge

BOXPARK’s existing CMS limited speed, flexibility, and scale. Content was hard to manage, campaigns took too long to launch, and the platform was not built for a growing portfolio of locations. With most users on mobile, the experience also needed sharper focus. BOXPARK required a future-ready website that could handle events, food traders, memberships, and integrations across more than 20 locations. The platform had to be easy for internal teams to run day to day, while still reflecting BOXPARK’s bold brand and commercial ambition.

Our approach

We led a structured discovery to understand users, content needs, and growth plans. Using Make Sense, we analysed behaviour data and trends to inform UX, navigation, and content structures. We recommended a WordPress multisite build to support scale and flexibility. Modular design blocks allowed teams to self-serve campaigns and updates without friction. Mobile-first design guided every decision, from navigation to event discovery. Integrations were planned to support ticketing, bookings, CRM, and analytics, with SEO built into the foundations.

The new platform gave BOXPARK a clear path to scale, faster content publishing, and a stronger mobile experience aligned to user intent.
