Make Agency® partnered with Accor to support the rollout of ALL – Accor Live Limitless across multiple European markets, delivering creative at scale while maintaining brand consistency, local relevance, and speed to market.

Accor needed to launch and promote ALL across regions, languages, and channels. The challenge was volume. Hundreds of assets. Multiple formats. Multiple markets. All delivered quickly, accurately, and in line with brand standards.

The challenge

ALL operates across a complex international landscape. Each market required localised content, translated messaging, and creative adapted for different channels and media formats. Manual production would have been slow, expensive, and difficult to control.

Accor needed a smarter way to scale. One that protected creative quality while meeting demand across paid, owned, and promotional channels.

Our approach

We started with Make Sense. Using data and insight, we identified where creative needed to flex and where it needed to stay consistent. This informed how we structured templates, content systems, and production workflows.

We built adaptive Figma templates designed to scale. These templates allowed us to rapidly populate layouts with automated content across multiple languages and formats, dramatically reducing manual effort while maintaining control.

AI-powered translations were used to accelerate localisation at scale. Every translation was then reviewed, proofed, and adapted by local native speakers to ensure tone, nuance, and cultural relevance were right for each market.

We also used AI to enhance and extend brand-supplied content. Where assets were limited, we expanded scenes, created extended visual variations, and adapted creative into multiple paid and social formats using Make Sense production techniques. This allowed Accor to get more value from existing content without heavy reshoots or delays.

Results

Accor was able to deploy high volumes of creative across markets quickly and confidently. Campaigns launched faster, localisation was consistent, and production scaled without loss of quality.

The approach gave Accor a repeatable, future-ready system for global creative delivery. One that balances automation with local expertise and keeps the brand sharp across every market and channel.
