Air Up is the German drinks brand transforming hydration by using scent to flavour water through smell alone. The brand approached Make Agency® to strengthen its creator and influencer strategy across the UK, focusing on campaigns that connected with new audiences in fresh and authentic ways.
The challenge
Air Up wanted to reach younger, more engaged audiences through creators who aligned with the brand’s values and lifestyle. The challenge was to identify the right mix of talent and build a system that combined authenticity with performance. They needed a partner that could bring structure, creativity, and data intelligence to influencer selection, briefing, and content creation.
What we did
Using Make Sense our proprietary AI audience tool, we identified emerging creators whose audiences matched Air Up’s ideal consumer profile. This allowed us to build influencer campaigns driven by real data, not guesswork.
We also managed the full creative and production process for a hero partnership with Tommy Fury ahead of his YouTube fight against Jake Paul. Our team captured both UGC-style social content and high-production video and photography from his Manchester training camp, ensuring assets were optimised for both organic and paid channels.
Across all influencer work, we established clear briefing frameworks and creative direction to ensure every collaboration stayed on brand while allowing creators to produce content in their own authentic voice.
What We Delivered
We delivered over 200 UGC and influencer assets for use across paid and organic social campaigns. Content ranged from lo-fi creator storytelling to premium video production. Our AI-driven creator selection and campaign analysis helped improve targeting accuracy, creative performance, and engagement across all channels.
The results
The campaign generated higher engagement rates from influencer and UGC content than brand-produced creative, with a notable increase in click-through rate and conversion. Sales driven by UGC ads outperformed standard campaigns, proving the value of AI-informed creator partnerships.
