The challenge

Airthings needed to scale performance across multiple international markets while maintaining efficiency and consistency. Different regions showed different behaviours and levels of demand, requiring a more tailored approach to media and messaging. At the same time, creative output needed to increase. Paid media performance relies on constant testing and variation, but traditional production alone could not support the required volume or speed.

The challenge was to build a system that connects data, creative, and media, allowing campaigns to adapt quickly while continuing to drive strong commercial results.

Our Approach

We built a globally aligned paid media strategy, tailored to local demand and behaviour across markets. Campaign structure, bidding, and audience segmentation are continuously optimised to improve efficiency and performance. Using Make Sense, we analyse performance data and audience signals to shape both media investment and creative direction. This allows us to identify what works, scale it quickly, and adapt campaigns in real time.

We support this with a continuous creative engine. UGC, design, and AI-generated assets are produced at scale, tested across formats, and refined based on performance to drive consistent results across channels.

The results

We built a scalable performance engine delivering consistent growth across North America and Europe, with campaigns continuously optimised to improve efficiency and output. This approach has driven strong commercial results, consistently outperforming industry benchmarks and scaling to 10x+ ROAS during peak periods such as Black Friday, supported by a high-volume, AI-enabled creative system designed to test, learn, and perform at speed.
