Asana is a global leader in work management and team collaboration. As the brand expanded across EMEA, JPAC, the USA, and the UAE, it needed a creative partner to deliver consistent, high-quality campaigns at scale. Make Agency® was appointed as Asana’s UK and EMEA partner, leading strategy, production, and delivery.
The challenge
Asana needed to build large volumes of high-quality creative while keeping the brand consistent in every region. Each market required tailored content that reflected its audience, language, and culture, while still maintaining the strength of Asana’s global identity.
The challenge was to produce at scale, adapt with precision, and stay true to the brand. All while using the latest design production methods.
Our approach
We applied our Make Sense approach, combining AI intelligence with human creativity. Using performance data, audience insight, and predictive design tools, we identified what connected with people in each region before finalising creative direction.
Our in-house teams worked across content, motion, and performance, building a modular creative system that could flex for language, platform, and placement. Every piece was tested and refined to ensure clarity, attention, and measurable impact. Using Figma as our base creative tool coupled with Ai image generation and data analytics.
What We Delivered
We produced thousands of creative assets, including photography, animation, short-form video, and branded content. The campaign rolled out across EMEA, JPAC, the USA, and the UAE, supported by localised edits, native voiceovers, and market-specific adjustments.
The results
The campaign achieved higher engagement and stronger ROI across all markets. Asana strengthened brand visibility and creative consistency while improving performance and production efficiency. Make Agency® implemented a testing framework powered by live campaign data, using AI analysis to evolve and optimise performance assets in real time.
