Make Agency® partnered with Faber & Faber to manage and evolve their digital ecosystem. This included two core platforms: faber.co.uk for publishing and ecommerce, and faberacademy.com for their world-renowned creative writing courses.
The challenge
Faber needed a digital partner to maintain and enhance two complex, high-traffic WordPress sites. Both were essential to the business, one driving direct-to-consumer book sales and the other powering global writing education. Each site relied on multiple custom integrations and content workflows.
