The challenge

Orgvue operates in a complex B2B category, where demand is driven by education, insight, and trust. Generating high-quality leads requires more than visibility. It requires the right message, in the right place, at the right time. The challenge was to build a system that connects paid media, creative, and search. One that adapts to changing behaviour, surfaces the right content, and consistently drives qualified leads. At the same time, the search landscape was shifting. Traditional SEO alone was not enough. Orgvue needed to show up across both Google and emerging AI-driven platforms.

What we did

We built a fully data-led marketing system using Make Sense. Analysing historical campaign performance, competitor activity, and live search behaviour, we identified gaps in content, messaging, and targeting. This insight shaped everything. Paid media, creative, and SEO were aligned into a single strategy, continuously optimised based on performance data. We expanded beyond traditional SEO into answer engine optimisation and LLM visibility. Using AI tools, we mapped the questions, topics, and content needed to drive discovery across both search engines and AI platforms. This informed both on-site content and off-site promotion, ensuring Orgvue shows up wherever demand is created. The result is a system built on live data. Constantly learning, adapting, and improving performance across every channel.

We built a performance engine designed to generate and scale high-quality leads across key markets, with continuous optimisation driven by live data and insight. 463 total MQLs generated, with an average of 26 per month £699 average cost per lead, delivering efficient acquisition at scale 35% average conversion rate across 720 form submissions
