Make Agency® partnered with Thakeham to futureproof their digital ecosystem. The project replaced a legacy WordPress site with a modern, headless infrastructure designed to connect multiple digital platforms and support long-term scalability.
The challenge
Thakeham’s existing website could not keep pace with the business. Content management was slow, scalability was limited, and the platform struggled to support growing digital needs. The challenge was to design and build a flexible, API-driven system that connected content, property data, and digital assets, all while giving internal teams greater control. The new setup needed to be fast, secure, and ready for future growth.
Our approach
Make Agency® delivered a full rebuild using a headless architecture powered by DatoCMS. Content now sits in a central hub and can be distributed across multiple platforms, including the main website, property listings, and digital asset management systems. Hosted on AWS, the system was built for performance, modularity, and reliability. Each sprint focused on a clear deliverable, ensuring stability and transparency from discovery to deployment.
