Make Agency® partners with TikTok’s B2B marketing and Live teams to deliver creative campaigns and paid media strategies that drive awareness, leads, and event attendance across Europe.
The challenge
TikTok wanted to grow awareness of its TikTok LIVE Creator Networks programme — a new initiative helping agencies, managers, and creators build sustainable livestreaming businesses. The challenge was to reach professional audiences, generate qualified leads, and build measurable traction for TikTok’s first major B2B-focused campaign.
Our approach
Make Agency® delivered a complete paid and creative strategy, connecting content, audience insight, and performance media. Working closely with the TikTok Live team, we built event microsites, managed all ad operations, and optimised campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and TikTok.
Our audience analysis focused on identifying the right professionals — agency founders, talent managers, and marketing leads, using behavioural and interest-based data. We then built Figma templates and AI-optimised creative content designed to test variations quickly and adapt based on live campaign data. Each creative format was tailored to its platform to maximise engagement and conversion.
Every stage of the campaign was refined through continuous data feedback loops, allowing the best-performing videos, formats, and placements to be prioritised in real time.
What we delivered
We managed end-to-end campaign strategy, creative direction, and paid media across four platforms. This included the design and build of event microsites, targeted media buying, and lead-generation optimisation for the TikTok Live Creator Networks programme. Our team collaborated with TikTok’s internal creative team to ensure a consistent B2B brand presence and tone across every channel.
The results
The campaign reached over 413,000 professionals across platforms, generating 5,700 site visits, 250+ qualified leads, and a cost-per-lead of £39.95. Engagement rates exceeded targets, driving a measurable increase in TikTok Live event attendance and Creator Network sign-ups.
